Create an overview of contract processes and activities
On the course 'Basic Contract Management' you learn how to create an overview of contract processes and activities and which individual elements your organization must improve and master in order to implement best practice contract management. At the same time, you learn how to get your organization to work together as a team around contracts and how to maintain good relations between customer and supplier. As part of the course you will have access to a 100 page manuscript on contract management, a 25 page "best practice" framework and a toolbox that can be used in your own practice, e.g. RASCI models, checklists and manuals.

You work daily or regularly with contracts and contract-related tasks in a public organization or private company. You may have your primary role within other areas, e.g. as purchasing or tender manager, program manager, IT manager, coordinator, project manager, office manager, sales manager, tender manager, lawyer, etc., but legal education is not a prerequisite.
You need knowledge, methods and tools for managing and improving contracts, and a common up-to-date language around contracts as well as communication and implementation techniques, performance management and monitoring techniques, compliance methods and tools, requirements and change management as well as conflict resolution methods.
